OK, I have a practice cipher so you know what should be in each message. (Note: there are three separate messages that are encrypted with the same key and the same cipher. This is important for the later ciphers.) This is a caesar shift cipher with key of 1.

the 2nd World Puzzle Championship.
The puzzle presented here was just one of their many challenges.

The contestants had 15 minutes to solve the problem and computers were not
allowed, of course I have no way to hold you to those rules.
