GCHQ Puzzle Solution 5

Pardon my French! This week we will give the solution kindly provided by user Peter Tompkin: It is based on snooker balls – each word is associated with a colour (Moulin ROUGE, Baton ROUGE, Bete NOIR, Gilet JAUNE) so substituting the values in gives (7+1)/2 + 1 = 5 = blue ball Hence “Cordon” should do it, as in: Cordon Bleu!
