7th June 2020 at 10:55 am #4886710degrees-adminKeymasterOK. Have you got any hints? (And I can’t find anything to do with the caesar salad in the problem!)
10th June 2020 at 1:46 pm #48935InactiveI’m stumped.
I’ve tried modular arithmetic (equivalent to a caesar shift) and looking at roman numerals, but to no avail.
I was wondering if there is an ordinal list of something (I’ve tried Roman emperors and Popes, given the Caesar salad reference, but it doesn’t seem to work), where for example the 6th (2 + 4) entry would have the same name (or some other common feature) as the 3rd entry; the 13th (12 + 1) would be the same as the 113th; etc. But then I wonder the relevance of “7+1 = 8”. And it would need to be a long list to have at least 201/202 entries.
Anyone feel like they are actually making progress?!
10th June 2020 at 3:29 pm #48936InactiveMy salad days are long gone! 🙁
13th June 2020 at 9:58 pm #4908210degrees-adminKeymasterYour hint gave it all away. [Good? Harry]
